  1. 1. I felt comfortable talking with the people I interviewed. It was easy to connect. I was confident in what I was saying.
    2. I need to personalize the questions to the person that I am interviewing. Not every question relates to each person.
    3. I discovered that I needed to really communicate with my support team. I learned that they have really good ideas and feedback and are really excited to help with my project. It will be great to hear what they think about my ideas and if they have any improvements or changes.
    4. I am good at explaning what my project was and telling them how excited I am about doing it. I think my confidence and excitement got them excited as well to help.
    5. I need to not just ask people that I know. I have to reach out and ask people that would be the best for my project.
    6. I think my biggest challenge is going to be finding people that are willing and able to help watch the kids every few weeks.

  2. 1. I was able to get more confident with each interview.
    2. During the first interview, I was nervous. I need to become more confident in my speaking.
    3. That communication will be a big part in the following year and the needs of our church's youths.
    4. I am able to conect with my support team and value each of there opinions.
    5. The two big things are communication and organization.
    6. The biggest challenge for me will be my leadership and for the project, getting kids involved.

  3. 1. My strength in interviewing people was in really desiring to hear/understand what they had to say.

    2. I need to work on wording the questions better.

    3. I discovered that it is important as YSLI leaders that we are the listeners, not always the talkers.

    4. I felt that I was confident in asking people to join my support team.

    5. I need to give my support team members more information when it comes to what the YSLI program is all about.

    6. The biggest challenge is going to be leading people that are older than me and learning how to be confident in leadership.

  5. 1.i found that i was recieving answers to my interview questions even when i wasnt interviewing a person when i was just talking to them about YSLI so that made it that much more easier to interview them
2.be more prepared as in what questions im going to ask this person and also i need to remember not to play with the pen! everytime i interviewed somebody i broke a pen because i was nervous and playing with it!
3.altho our church has all members of every generation there really isnt any mixing of the generations also there is nothing for the sr. high youth
4.i was good at explaining what YSLI is and what being a support team member entailed before asking them. also i think it is a strength that i am having people i dont even really know be on my support team but my youth pastor sudgested i might ask them so i did.
5.trying to find other ways to communicate with people i want to ask. alot of people dont come to church and if i write them an email they take weeks to respond or they never do. so i think i need to try and find new ways to get a hold of these people, and i plan to talk to my youth pastor about it tomorrow.
6.not getting frusterated with people and learning to deal with the fact that this is probs going to be a very slow process getting everyone going with it
